Power Almond Waffle

Ingredients

2 cups all purpose flour

Half teaspoon salt

4 teaspoons baking powder

4 tablespoons  date syrup

2 large eggs

2 cups  plain almond milk

1/3 cup almond butter

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 cup mini chocolate chips

Instructions

- Take a large bowl, mix together flour, salt, baking powder; set aside.

- Also preheat waffle iron.

-In a separate bowl, beat the eggs. Stir in the Almond milk, almond butter and vanilla. Pour almond milk mixture and date syrup into the flour mixture; beat until smooth.

-Sprinkle in a handful of mini chocolate chips

-Ladle the batter into a preheated waffle iron. Cook the waffles until golden and crisp.

-Serve with extra chocolate chips, date syrup and strawberries. It is quite a dish from heaven itself!
